Your 401k plan participation eligibility requirements.
Whether or not your 401k software will automatically enroll employees in your plan as soon as they meet the participation requirements you choose for your 401k plan.
Whether or not your plan will offer employer matching and/or profit sharing and/or qualified no elective contributions and, if so, the rate at which each type of contribution will be made.
The rate(s) of vesting to be applied to any employer matching and/or profit sharing contributions being made (vesting is not applicable to qualified no elective contributions, which the IRS mandates be 100% vested upon contribution).
Whether or not your plan will permit 401k loans.

The Low Cost 401(k) order fulfillment process
After you submit your Low Cost 401(k) order, a representative will call you within 24 hours (on business days) to go over any items you marked as "Unsure" and to answer any additional questions you have.
When our representative calls you, you will be able to pay your $495 Low Cost 401(k) setup fee using your Visa or MasterCard, or you can send a check through the mail; there is a five-day holding period on all check orders

As soon as we receive your setup fee, we will prepare your official 401k Adoption Agreement and Summary Plan Description for your review.
Upon your approval of the documents and your payment of
your Low Cost 401(k) annual fee, we'll immediately customize your 401k software and mail you your Low Cost 401(k) run-it-yourself 401k system. The customized software will integrate all relevant aspects of your 401k plan into your 401k plan administration processing functions, highly automating many of those functions.
